Lev deserves a board seat so that he can inform all shareholders of his thoughts with knowledge of what the board members are really doing...(not just what they tell you )
he has a stake in this. Many of the board do not have such a large stake. They do have jobs that pay well....and they want to keep them....and have no dissention.
But dissention is what is necessary to arrive at well planned outcomes.
Vote for LEV's suggestions and you will get them.
