I just don't see Lev going away if he does not get partially...

I just don't see Lev going away if he does not get partially what he wants at the AGM........my thinking is still to offer him a single board seat and that way he feels he has got something for his 11% stake.

This full on war footing from each side is damaging to the shareholders, and I'm sure some clients too - clients don't want to be involved with a company that has so many dramas between mgmt and major shareholders.
