Commissioning is very much a stop start process in the early stages, so would see no need to delay. It is going to be a very small plant so will not have the extended heating steps that large metal componentry requires. As such shutdown and startup wont be a big deal
I expect some urgency from MIN, this project should prove lucrative for them once they get to scale.
