I recall a similar add appearing earlier also @cocoman I think, so it follows that the initial positions have already been filled and these vacancies are to further strengthen the team as they go into continuous testing.
Start date of 15 January for these new roles.
Commissioning is a transition phase that mans up as construction completes, so it looks like MIN are now currently very close to, if not already at go time.
