What’s the go with this lawsuit with the AMCU.
It says in the half yearly that it is going before the court this month and that they have not provided (if they are liable) to pay the 1.5 million.
What happens if they lose as they do not have the cash, is the company given ample time to do another CR.
Don’t know whether to put a small bet on with the amount of shares, funds available and this court hearing
