The political situation in SA is improving with the new president being elected. He is an ex miner and a successful business man himself. Plus several investment banks have come out saying SA appears in the brink of coming out of the poor investment situation of the last few years. I agree there are much better jurisdictions around the world. However I would struggle to find a better project(s) and management. Plus there is a lot of Chinese money backing this up and from what I know, they are very savvy about business in Africa.
