the dumper might have triggered a few other stops too [ highly likely ]
the pendulum often swings too hard [ as ive mentioned before ] it creates contrarian bounce back plays that are pretty easy - e.g the buyer of that 30mil + made good $ as they rinsed it out afterwards for 20% 30% in a few weeks
