dont forget guys its only directors and allocations with 5% or more that have to let the market know everytime they buy/sell more than 1% worth... [ so could be on the top20 and not need to do a NR ]
directors have to let any buy/sell of course not the 1% rule [ and so they should ]
many tricks to get around this - e.g multiple HINs , nominee accounts etc [ im not saying its fair but its the system we are in ]
