It is hard to say until we see the Mace report. It is certainly nice to have RMS's offer as a back stop if Mace turns out to be a dud. We know it is unlikely to be the case or RMS would have withdrawn their offer completely if it had been.
What I do find interesting is my personal estimate of the value of EXU when I bought in was 12c (I bought in at 8.5c). Maybe I should go into the consulting business
