It is bad in that if the variation is approved then Ansteel have the rights to GBG's other assets. Which in my quick scan of the doc equate to about 40m plus a number of other rights to explore. If the variation is not approved - I'm not sure how that will affect GBG. I need to read it a bit more indepth but maybe someone else can comment here.
If approved it might put the brakes on the uranium disposal gig.
