LZA, I'm never good at predicting ASX stock prices because they wander too much from underlying value.

My guess, though, is that ENV might go a little lower if/when Li and his gang cause the vote to reject the deal. The current price is similar to the consensus 1-year target price (about $1.15). Most analysts say they excluded the APA acquisition from their calculations. However, since Li's group signaled their opposition to the acquisition last month, the 3 analysts with a buy/accumulate recommendation have pulled back to a "hold" recommendation, where 8 of the 9 analysts now have their recommendation (9th has an underperform).

ENV's current price is definitely disconnected from APA's price now. It would be about $1.23 if traded for APA shares today using the .1919 ratio.

One can only hope that Li knows what he is doing to improve APA's acquisition deal for all ENV shareholders. Having read several analyst reports and the regulatory changes, I'm not convinced. But not ready to sell, either.
