Your scepticism is being validated by price slide.
Despite the MD's statement about "reaffirming" resource and reserve estimates, the independent expert was not even engaged validate either estimates. He was to validate resource estimation method!
The ASX release was misleading, does not comply with the JORC Code as required by listing rules, and should have been queried by ASX before release.
On Thursday I followed up with an email pointing this ourt tp to Chairman, Richard Mazzucchelli. He replied that he expected the MD to contact me after return from HK. Nothing yet!
