    Hi Speccie


    At this end of the market CR is a given - would not surprise me if that is why it had tracked back and maybe worth holding back?


    The only downside is that it has great acreage and if they strike something big before a CR, the price might be higher??


    I got in pretty cheap so not worried mate.
