Ahjay, Healyn and others of the EGO faithful,

I accept the disclaimers and guidance of KPMG, mostly because they are able to get closer to the real scenario than my concerns have shown my viewpoints to be.

Okay so here is my disclaimer now. I am still really worried about the top-up, but I see now that - there is only one deal on the table, and whereas I would prefer that there was no such deal confronting us at this stage, if it gets up, well? So be it.

No point in me resisting any further. Now I just hope that I am not "RIGHT" about my misgivings.
