In my direct discussions with a member of management - Not director I was surprised but think the guy has come on board partly because of the respect he has for the new CEO and the exploration manager. One of the most open and frank discussions I have had. and I was surprised that it was not a total marketing exercise.
So I see no benefit in not granting the options as we all win if he wins
