Yes sadly the "independent" Report has a "disclaimer" that shows and explicitly admits that it is NOT "unbiased" It Is For The benefit of the CLIENT!!!
"CSA Global has prepared this Report having regard to the particular needs and interests of our client, and in accordance with their instructions. This Report is not designed for any other person’s particular needs or interests. Third party needs and interests may be distinctly different to the Echo Resources Ltd’s needs and interests, and the Report may not be sufficient nor fit or appropriate for the purpose of the third party." So as MKO holders .....We are third parties and it is not designed for us! A good lawyer could have this report, disqualified as an 'independent' report as required under the legislation.
