    re: Ann: PES: Independent Directors and Key S... well technically you are correct, but they cannot exactly make an unconditional offer suddenly conditional can they?

    By not making a counter offer and letting BG pick up an extra 19% of the company is definitely an implication they have let it go. The ann from PES rec that shareholders sell out to BG.
