re: Ann: Independence to Explore and Earn an ... Litltle to show? Hmmm? Since acquiring the tenements from Troy Resources in 2008, they have increased the discovered resources by 230% to 300,000 ounces of gold.
Our neighbour to the immediate east is the mega-million dollar Sandfire DeGrussa holding (copper/gold). Our immediate neighbour to the west, Montezuma’s (MZM) Peak Hill tenement (500,000 ounces) … has just been bought out by RNI for $2.8m cash + 8.4m shares in RNI + 2.1 million options in RNI and $1m dollars in royalties … i.e. a value of about $5m - $10m.
That makes ALY seriously undervalued at current levels. ALY, smack inbetween, already has over 300,000 ounces of gold on record, and some of the best grades in the Bryah Basin. After RNI ... which looks like it is heading into production … ALY looks just as juicy.
Add to all that … IGO putting in $6.5m to explore on ALY land (with all the gold rights remaining 100% with ALY) is certainly a vote of confidence in the Bryah Basin. I’d venture few are commenting because it is a little known stock that it very tightly held … which is fine by me.
