re: Ann: Independence to Explore and Earn an ... Very surprised no one has commented on this.
It strikes me as a professional and good decision. They lack the resources to explore the area on their own, and they've called in a mob that can. Their interest will be diluted, but 20% of something is better than 100% of nothing.
