might be time to average down. i picked a few up at 2c a while back. 1.5c looks like a worthwhile prion on IGO hitting something except.... when will the leeches be sticking their hands out for directors fees etc and the inevitable CR to pay them given they have less than a quarters cash in the can. can't be far away unless IGO springs a loan- but why would they?
