I expect this to become active sooner rather than later too. In respect of ALY:

IGO = base metals.

NST = gold.

ALY said in the ann Fib refers to that NST might use ALY as a vehicle to carry on activities outside its core business plan, or words to that effect. I guess that means investing as a passive owner/shareholder as opposed to running the show. NST has been a successful aggressive buyer and manager of gold plants in its own right. Maybe it will use ALY to acquire passive investments that are gold-based.
