Incorrect, and indeed naive.
Defamation action can be taken regardless of its merits, then I bare the cost of defence.
Win or lose...it costs money, and the lawyer's kids get another year of private education.

And as for his above reply to my comment re defamation and truth, its is the completely opposite to what it IS.
