From what I understand, and this could be something that Dougtags could find out at the AGM to make it up front and official, that the TOs are being represented by a lawyer from the North Queensland Land Court (so, someone from the court is already involved) and LNY by a firm that specializes in such negotiations, not necessarily a lawyer.
It would be good if Dougtags could get an answer to these very simple questions:-
(a) Who is representing LNY in the negotiations?
(b) WHEN did those negotiations commence? Nothing more, nothing less!!
Really, how could they not provide simple straight forward (honest) answers to them?
When we know that, we can then have some idea how to get an answer to your question, otherwise, the only answer you can get now is, yes.
