With what is officially "on record" it is no wonder why there is so much doubt starting to develop among us and probably the rest of the market that is interested in LNY when we see what's happening to our S.P.!!!

As I've previously stated, I hate lack of information with very important things such as is the plant ready and what is happening with the TO agreement negotiations, if anything. Surely not too much to expect from the company I would have thought.
What IS on the official record is very ambiguous and lends itself to this doubt and confusion and certainly doesn't help shareholder confidence AND the SP!!!

So, I have continued to dig around and you have to take this on trust, as I have nothing specific at this stage, but, from several phone discussions I am now satisfied that the present situation with the TO agreement is that it IS in the hands of LC lawyers acting for the TOs and am lead to believe, a firm specialized in TO negotiations representing LNY. However, understandably, I cannot obtain any specific information and certainly nothing about if ANY progress has been made or how long it will take to finalize. I trust what I have heard and I do not intend to dig any deeper and will now leave it up to those involved and just wait.
I know that that doesn't answer the big question as to how long this will still take, BUT, it IS very comforting to know that "something" IS in the process towards reaching that outcome however long that will be.
Only a few days to go for the AGM and who knows???
