I had the impression that the land court ruling would be handed down in December, and the Qld minister will take another six weeks to review the decision and make a call on mining approval (sometime in Jan).
Fed environmental judgement was also delayed to January, presumably to also consider the Land court judgement.
January will be a big month for NHC
We should also expect Qld Govt mining approval for Colton in Jan
