I dont mind the 75c price, Max and Mike have done a good job so far and they still have to stump up 3/4 of a million each to convert which is a big investment. The price is still significantly higher than current prices and gives them the financial incentive to keep the ball rolling on the project.
Maybe the share price will continue to tread water until financing is confirmed and construction is underway.
