Mate, 23/1 is only the deadline for S32 - I think you and I are both pretty sure they will sign up, but as Poet quoted in a post today 'Ross said there were other majors in the data room'

So just let's say S32 did walk, they do have a big thing in SW USA to bring on line remember, I reckon BHP, our next door neighbour to the NE - who is already supposed to have a copper zinc skarn on that tenement would be overjoyed to take their place.

I am wondering if the current talks will consider timing and capital costs well into the future - as far as decision to mine. And if the Share Holder Group is having representation ?? In any case what is decided will need a shareholder vote, IMO.
