Hi @QuietFrog
Basically it works as follows
You have 1,000,000 shares today
You are entitled to buy 1 for 10 in the CR with a free oppies for each one you buy. So you can buy 100,000 new shares at 0.005 for $500 and you will get 100,000 free options. So you now have 1,100,000 heads in total and 100,000 options. If/when the share price reaches 0.016 and assuming oppies are now worth 0.004 (ie 0.016 less exercise price 0.012) your portfolio is worth the following
Heads 1,100,000 @ 0.016 = $17,600
Oppies 100,000 @ 0.004 = $400
Total Portfolio is $18,000
If you spent the above $500 on market at 0.004 you would have bought 125,000 units so your total portfolio would now be 1,125,000 units. If/when the share price reaches 0.016 your portfolio is now worth the following
Head 1,125,000 @ 0.016 = $18,000
Oppies - you have none
So as you can see the break even point is 0.016. If the price is below this on market is better if the price is above this you are in front (given the assumptions are true). DYOR
