When these things happen I always ask whether the seller is also a buyer at the same time. So, if others jump in to buy it might spoil their game. But often people are scared by this and so won't buy, and some would even jump on the sell queue and that's exactly what the seller wants to achieve, to get people join the sell queue. What I'm saying is that of the volume that churned only a small portion is real trades.
