Great step forward
INCA ESTABLISHES TECHNICAL ADVISORY PANEL
Inca Minerals Limited (Inca or the Company) is pleased to advise the establishment of a Technical Advisory
Panel (TAP or Panel) and the appointment of Messrs Doug Stewart and Robert Heaslop as inaugural
external members.
Given the nature and strength of recent exploration results at Inca’s Greater Riqueza and Cerro Rayas
projects and history of mining activities at both projects, the Board believes establishment of the Panel is
well timed. The Panel will play an important role in the planning and ongoing progression of Inca’s current
projects toward possible production and will also assist the Board with its assessment of prospective new
projects. The TAP will provide the Board with non-binding advice and recommendations concerning, and
should ensure the Board can take full advantage of:
▪ The economic potential and future development of Inca’s current projects;
▪ Exploration results and implications for future exploration/development at Inca’s current projects; and
▪ The economic potential of new projects Inca may consider acquiring in future.
Inca’s Managing Director, Mr Ross Brown, will chair the TAP and said “Building a JORC resource and
progressing our projects toward possible production is a clear focus for Inca. The TAP will greatly assist
the Board in achieving that objective and I’m looking forward to the contribution it will make through
expert, objective advice.”
Further information regarding the TAP’s charter and operations has been placed on the Company’s
website. Brief biographies for Messrs Stewart and Heaslop, the TAP’s first two external members, are
provided below.
