As far as Inca becoming a mining company is concerned, I know that it is a fact that most companies fail when they try to start mining.
With what we have seen of management over the last few years, I really cannot see them being able to start up a mine without the help of a very experienced major by their side.

I, for one, am well past the rose glasses stage with Inca and want to see a JORC in order to give us something solid upon which to advance.

The move today seems to be a very good one and gets back, in some way, to what many of us have wanted for sometime now, which is another director.

As Zubric has mentioned, liquidity is the biggest challenge that the company faces right now.
