for you to get 20c Ross needs to get agreement which brings the most of economic benefits to us and not s32, as it stands if $12m is exhausted they get 60% and we need CR dilution for further funding, I believe Ross needs to insert JORC based performance condition on the 60% stake so the spending $12m is only one but not sufficient condition
The above is example only I am sure it is more to it and only with delay you have chance to get 20c
