rio and bhp are currently targeting copper, S32 doesn't have a producing asset in the copper space but are experienced producers of zinc,lead and silver.
I think they want to change that and may well target the "poor free" potential of riqueza and drill the copper/gold thru to pfs. and the 70% deal will exclude the neglected targets/minerals, with a first right of refusal over the progression of zn/pb/ag targets further down the track if someone else comes knocking.
