With respect, given my limited mining experience, nil in fact, I would think that once they have enough drill samples to convince them that they are on a winner then I would think that they would move to secure the deal.
Surely they would not find a whole lot of what they are looking for, only to decide that they haven't evaluated another patch over there somewhere, and put the whole lot in limbo again.
