I’ve always said we should be a 30 cent company but the head winds were always against us and my god the winds were exhausting. Could this be our time to shine or the people milking our wealth from us to maintain their cash flow position to keep execs in their roles. I’ll be keeping a close eye on this one and I hope you all do the same.
The announcement in my view isn’t binding, clear or otherwise. These types of announcements are to drive new shareholders to the register for sucking in the next round of idiots. I would say we are all waiting to pass the idiot ball to the newcomers. Well, that’s what I’m waiting for.
Am I thinking incorrectly or am I just tired of holding this position? I never bag my own stocks, but this has gone on far too long. Ross, you have many very loyal people here that have always opened up their bank accounts and we expect the best outcome for shareholders. If you undertake a grand job on a full takeover, you will have excelled in your role as MD and should go on to bigger and better things. I’m sure a role with S32 has your name on it and an increase in salary by $500,000 per annum would be imminent.
In the event we are sold out for a pittance, expect a job at Coles pushing trolleys as your name will be tarnished in the industry as a sucker for giving away a fine piece of dirt. You don’t come across as that person as most hold you in high esteem.
Going on past history, don’t pop the cork just yet. We have heard the word “delay” about 200 times.
Thats is my rant. PS, just sold a heap of a stock I own for a major profit and I’ve popped the cork.
I wish you all decent cork popping, fine health and good spirits, but for your own sake, call the MAN and let him know how hard you worked to offer your cash when the company needed it. He needs to treat you all with respect, not a number. For me, after my first investment after 4 years, many years ago, I wrote my shares off as a gift to the gods. I’ve been in this for around 8 years from memory, could be more.
As a shareholders of many companies, I always speak to management on a regular basis. I’ve spoken to ICG once and liked their demeanour but their constant excuses gave me no further confidence to continually dip into my pockets after constant DELAYS. I still hold a decent parcel of shares, but sadly most were purchased well over 2-3 cents.
I hope for all sake, we see a full takeover to remove the pain, suffering and the word “DELAY” from announcements. I do still think it’s a buy, but 12 times bitten, I just can’t buy anymore. I was keen to take the 10 M shares, but the announcement didn’t match my criteria for buying. (Non binding)
Ask yourself this question, to give away 60% for 9 million USD, what’s the 40% worth? We are going to be taken out for sure. S32 will be rubbing their hands together saying, what a bloody steal. All my opinion and I’m hoping people that really couldn’t afford the raisings get their money back at least.
