Lets look at the positive factors:
1. Dear Dr will have an influence on the moving forward negotiations
2. The party in a hurry to close the deal is always in dis advantage therefore we will get better deal with point 1 as a bonus
3. US$9 for 60% of Tier1 or potentially 3 Tier 1s is a bargain in my book therefore I do not thing the delay is S32 initiated,
