The contract with Navy is with Touchstone.
However CFOAM mentions USD $1 mill per ship for 3000 cft so I would be asking what part of that USD $1 mill does CFOAM get.

Now $1 mill USD for 3000 cft is around $333 per cft which from memory was about what cfoam mentioned years back, someone can check.

But the figure mentioned was not clear what cfo get out of the $1 mill USD.
Is it $1 mill worth of cfoam to cfo or is it $1 mill USD to touchstone.

So I would like to know exactly what cut cfo get from this.
Are they quoting cfo cut or touchstone numbers.
