re: Ann: OXX: In Specie Special Dividend of C... OzAlien, i thought the exact thing, why say that about CUE but not about OIP. Maybe i am reading too much into it but it seems odd to me.

I'm trying to remember where i last saw the mention of takeover and CUE.

I know for certain that they included a clause in the directors 'Performance Rights Plan' maybe thats where i recall it from ? - see company release dated 18/10/2011, its says.......

6. Change of Control: All of a participant's unvested performance rights that have not lapsed will vest if a takeover bid in respect of the Company becomes unconditional, the Company participates in a merger by scheme of arrangement or a shareholder or a group of associated shareholders obtain control of more than 50% of the voting power in the Company.
