It's clearly a oxx related decision, and implies nothing about cue going forward.
Implication for us is a bit more liquidity, with something like 10% of our free float going into the hands of mostly willing sellers IMHO. Based on oxx history I expect many of these to be quite fickle. Might accentuate any event based selling until they are gone, although a few might wade in deeper for CAterina.
IMHO best just look out for any buying opportunities it might bring, if you are so inclined that is. I've probably got appetite for a few more as a Bobn, but that will be too early for the oxx folk to aid, at least the next Bobn opp. Need to do some rebalancing if I buy more as still not too comfortable with overexposure to the market in 2012.
