I want to see a good indication of efficacy. P1b, chemo plus Her-vaxx. P2, chemo plus Her-vaxx. If they can 't display efficacy now, why would you expect it to start working during the P2? Admittedly, the P2 could be designed a bit differently, based on info gained in the 1B.
