Efficacy means the ability to produce the desired or intended result .
The answer is yes the drug has been doing what the 1b trial intended it to do and Imugene has now established a dosage rate for phase 2.
Now the real fun begins. In Phase 2, 68 patients will be dosed. 34 will get chemo and Her-vaxx and 34 will get chemo alone.
The phase 2 trial is where we find out everything we need to know. Its such an exciting phase. Just think in 18 months we will likely know how Hervaxx compares with chemo alone.

If you are new to this site, you could not have picked a better time to get interested as the fundamentals are going to get some more Data soon and the phase 2 trial is just going to be so interesting for the company and B cell technology.
