What's the company policy in regards to shareholder information?

You wouldn't be hearing anything if there was no pending BOD spill meeting at the end of the month, would explain the recent "cornerstone investor" too, MH knows he is in trouble and this is all about calming shareholders down. I doubt very much that he can save himself, but that's up to the current shareholders, if the spill meeting succeeds, all the small shareholders should give themselves a very good pat on the back, because that would be one hell of an event.
