Do you know which farms produce 'Free range milk' ? I live minutes away from their expensive Brucknell farms and those cows aren't farmed any different except maybe receiving more bought-in feed (welfare)which makes them less free range in my estimation.
Is the 'Whole Jersey milk' homogenised? If not I could see people buying it for the cream-line. Is it 5% fat? If not it would be partly skimmed.
