Very encouraging for mine ,late stage cancer.
Durable response ,72% progression free at 6 months...part A

Partial response rate of 50% in high risk patients ,partial response often means greater than 50% tumour shrinkage , after 3 months,,current disease control rate 4/6 or 66% of patients ,no toxicity ,once again very impressive for mine ,only a small number of patients but that was always the case ,it’s only a phase 1 trial.
If these percentages can be translated to greater numbers that would be very exciting.
