I can't see why it is disappointing. Cohort A are people who are not getting any great benefit from Keytruda so it is game over for them. Efti improves their chances by a third. And cohort B start out as high risk patients(probably deemed not to have a great chance on Keytruda alone (although I don't know the details), they get a 50% response rate. And it is safe. This looks good for the next phase of the trial.
