    There is obviously more free stock than you think.

    What gets me is that the SP was 80c pre announcements of said contracts, we're now down to 85c, post getting the big deals... Doesn't make sense, thus shorting is the only logical explanation. Probs be up 10% tomorrow on short covering who knows.
