Well this is good to see! Seems to be a positive 1/2 yearly results improvement that the stock has been re-rated from Under-perform to Out-Perform....

Hopefully now all we'll hear is good news and a significant improvement in the stock price to say a $3.00 - $3.50 range, based on a 5% dividend return in the coming years (fingers crossed) once they get their debt down to a more manageable level which they are in the process of doing.
