I just picked up on a comment you made earlier. At the moment we can't clearly distinguish on the 4C between capital expenditure for one off sales or for PaaS contracts.

The expected outflow identified in the Sept 4C for Dec Q was approx $1.4mil but this ended up being approx $1.1mil. Now the big PaaS contract identified $900k associated with it in capital expenditure and this was expected to be part of the outflow from the quarter. Given actual expenditure was $300k less than flagged it leave us with the possibility that some of that PaaS related expenditure was not actually fully spent during the quarter and some has spilling over into the March Q and being part of the expected $1.1mil outflow for this Q. This would mean that there was still a good portion of expenditure associated with one off sales in Dec Q. The short term benefit would a boost in immediate cashflow coming into this quarter from one offs. The negative would be that fresh contract/s this quarter may not be as large, as some of the expenditure linked to this quarter is actually overhang from that large PaaS contract in Dec.

The other possibility is that there were less one off sales in Dec Q and the $1.1mil spent was primrarily associated with PaaS.

Will be interesting to see once we have more information.
