If they are legit in sayings its because they've had more than expected appetite for PaaS deals then it is what it is as you can't really forecast that 6+ months in advance and budget for it.
Prospectus states that one-off sales are for customers with CAPEX only budgets and historically this was very Colombia centric. The idea is to focus on doing SaaS style deals so it could also be indicative that they haven't signed anything of note as a one-off, that hasn't paid, as if its was large I'd lean to it having been announced.
