Whilst no expert in the field this is pretty significant.  When I saw the board talk last year they stated one of the big hurdles to overcome is to take it from a small lab process to a simulated mass production test facility.  It was all well to work "in theory" in the small lab but to make potential buyers sit up the IMEC collaboration was crucial.    The fact that IMEC has spat this out only on the second iteration is fantastic news.  By the looks of the size of the buys going through and the strength now late in the day people with more technical knowledge than I seem to be speaking with their $.
